At Hospice Aide Hub we are not politically affiliated with any political party, but we are also aware that there may be increased stress for some of you with the election of Donald Trump. ?If you followed the election cycle it was easy to see how divisive our country became. ?Many of you may be fearful of the policies and changes in our country that may begin to take place in the near future. ?We cannot predict how his administration might affect you personally, or how it might affect your friends and loved ones, but we want you to know that your personal wellness is of utmost importance during this transitional time. ?We hope that you will take time for yourself if the election was not what you hoped for, and know that there will be support in your community to assist?you. ?When the time comes, it may be helpful to become involved with others who share your concern and ideology for the future of the United States. ?The best way to move through it is through the support of like-minded people. ?And remember the immortal words of Michelle Obama, “when they go low, we go high.” ?This may be another life opportunity to nurture the best version of yourself, and we are here to support you as well. ?We can’t be with you in person, but we are always with you in spirit.
